Assign 2% from the paid revenue tax:

According to the revenues tax law of the Republic of Lithuania, every tax payer can contribute to non-profit organization up to 2% of paid income tax. Every year until the 1st of May the resident has to present a completed application (form FR0512) to State Tax Inspectorate located in your area of residence.
